Carol Lynn Rivera
Carol Lynn is the Editor-in-Chief of Web.Search.Social and project manager at Rahvalor Interactive, a creative marketing company based in Holmdel, New Jersey. When she’s not obsessively rearranging nouns and verbs, she spends her days lining up Action Items and keeping the rest of the Rahvalor team on track. With both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in education, she started her career teaching kids the ABCs and worked her way into teaching adults the ABCs… of marketing. She has professionally studied project management as well as search and social marketing in her quest to provide excellent service to customers. She especially enjoys writing for multiple blogs, and engaging people across industries and the globe on Facebook and Twitter. Ralph M. Rivera
Ralph is the technical genius behind Web.Search.Social and the president and development director at creative services company, Rahvalor Interactive, where he serves alternately as Carol Lynn’s minion and husband. He’s in charge of the rest of the minions who program, code and develop their way to the wonderful websites that Rahvalor builds for its customers. He has a Bachelor’s degree in film and broadcast, which gives him a rich creative background that feeds his ability to come up with imaginative and resourceful solutions to customers’ needs. He’s an avid educator, offering his experience and expertise to businesses as they strive to make sense of the world of web marketing, and he teaches web development to inquisitive young minds at Manhattan College in New York City. Ralph writes from his perspective as a planner, developer and programmer with plenty of “behind the scenes” experience.
Michael Campasano
Michael is a brand creator, website designer and graphic artist. He is the creative mind behind the branding of Web.Search.Social. Michael is engaged in everything from photography to brochure design and has worked on projects that have resulted in turning entire subway cars in New York City into mobile artwork and advertisements. He’s a stickler for a pixel, and makes sure that every print job, website, email and logo are picture-perfect. Michael has been chewing on crayons since he was two years old and he has a degree in Fine Art in the study of graphic design from Corcoran College of Art and Design. Michael writes from his perspective as a brand manager and artist with a keen eye for detail.
Scott McKelvey
Scott is a copywriter for Web.Search.Social and a content creator who is focused on helping business owners cut through the “me me me” and “blah blah blah” of typical marketing copy to get to the heart of a customer-focused message that helps build relationships and meet business goals. He has a diverse background in radio advertising and knows the value of a succinct and meaningful message. Scott has helped businesses across a wide variety of industries – from automotive to travel, real estate and fashion – increase revenue through advertising. Linda is a copywriter for Web.Search.Social in addition to being a journalist, scriptwriter, publicist and author who has written as an expert on diverse topics ranging from public relations to autism. She enjoys helping businesses sharpen and communicate their marketing messages and the challenge of making complex or technical ideas accessible. Linda writes from her perspective as a copywriter and a PR expert who knows how to attract positive press.

They met at the Asbury Park Press where they both honed their geeky skills bringing one of New Jersey’s premier newspapers online for the first time in a newly digital age. Anissa has also been a professional chef and loves to cook. She is the mother of two wonderful children and enjoys hanging out with her kids, shopping, scuba diving and skiing.

Henry Fitzgerald is a technology consultant based in Seattle. We met Henry the good-new-fashioned way – on Twitter. As a lifelong geek, and contributor to a tech blog of his own, Henry was the perfect fit for adding another perspective to our content offerings. We met Marty as members of the Garden State Business Network, a high-end executive networking group in New Jersey, and recognized that Marty not only knew what he was talking about when it came to the business of printing, but he was also gifted in the art of sales and relationship-building.
